We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Pricing or system errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund for any payments received. Indian Curry Corner Vancouver shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages resulting from such cancellation.
3. Customer Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests are subject to our approval. Orders that have not yet entered preparation may be eligible for cancellation and refund. Once food preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted in full or in part at our sole discretion.
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Incorrect menu selections made by the customer
- Change of mind after food preparation has started
If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us promptly so we can work toward a satisfactory resolution.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
